Střední průmyslová škola chemická Pardubice (Czech Republic – coordinator)
SPSCH Pardubice is a secondary technical school, that has taught chemistry for over 70 years and, in recent years, has also added studies such as fire protection, law enforcement and hairdressing. The school, located in the town of Pardubice, is an educational institution of trans regional importance; the students come from the Pardubice region and the neighbouring regions. The school provides education for more than 1,000 students, ages 15–19 or older.The graduates get a certificate of secondary education (after a four-year study) or a certificate of vocational education (after a three-year study). The school is a government-funded state school providing full-time education free of charge. Students are provided with both general and specialized training.
Students and staff are active participants in Erasmus+ projects. Many students take part in practical training abroad. The school is active in international projects that involve the development of teaching and learning methodologies, and it cooperates with schools in Germany, Italy, Slovakia, Norway, Finland, Cyprus and other European countries.

University of Žilina (Slovakia – partner)
The University of Žilina is the only university located in the northwest region of the Slovak Republic. It provides education at all three levels of higher education both in full-time and part-time forms (Bachelor's degree, Engineer/Master's degree and Doctoral degree). All the university's faculties provide a supplementary course of pedagogical studies for students and graduates.
At present there are about 8 000 students being educated at seven faculties in 175 accredited study programmes in all forms and degrees of university studies at the University. In its successful existence it has become the alma mater for almost 84 000 graduates, highly skilled professionals specialising mostly in transport and technical fields as well as management, marketing or humanities. The quality and readiness of our graduates for the needs of practice is proved by a long-term high interest in hiring them by employers who cooperate with the University in the recruitment process. With its professional profile it is unique in Slovakia. The profile consists of: transport (road, railway, water, air), transport and postal services, traffic routes, transport and civil engineering, electrical engineering, telecommunications, informatics, information and communication technologies, management and marketing, mechanical engineering, materials and technologies, robotics, machinery design, energies, civil engineering, crisis and security management, civil security, fire protection, forensic engineering, applied mathematics, teaching of academic subjects, library and information science, high mountain biology.
The university has established contacts with many universities abroad. Professors and research workers at the university participate in international educational and research projects. These include the European Union projects TEMPUS, COPERNICUS, COST, LLP/ERASMUS, Leonardo da Vinci, than CEEPUS, National Scholarship Programme, DAAD. The academic staff are involved in cooperation within the EU's 6th and 7th Framework programmes.

The first-stage officers are trained at the Department’s professional training institution - the Fire Fighters Training School which in accordance with various training programmes provides not only the basic training but also advancement courses for the SFPRS officers of various stages, and training for district municipality firefighters, the personnel of various enterprises and agencies, which are responsible for the fire and industrial safety and civil protection.
The Fire Fighters Training School's mission is to create the protection and prevention culture, to continuously educate self and others about fire, civil protection and rescue.
The Fire Fighters Training School's vision is to gather and share the theoretical knowledge, to improve the practical capabilities, to carry out and encourage the science-exploratory and methodological activities, and to implement its tasks as defined in School Regulations.
The Fire Fighters Training School is the only educational institution of this kind in Lithuania that prepares qualified and multi-skilled firefighters-rescuers for the Lithuanian Fire Prevention and Rescue Services and Municipal Fire Brigades.
The Fire Fighters Training School prepares about 120 to 200 firefighters-rescuers per year. About 500 SFPRS officers and 2-3 thousand employees of other institutions take part in the advancement courses.
