Representatives of Statutory Training Institutions Shared Experience in International Projects
On 10 December 2025, a meeting of Lithuanian statutory training institutions took place, during which experience in international cooperation was shared.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Lithuanian Police School, Fire and Rescue Training School, Border Guard School, Lithuanian Customs Training Centre, and the Competence Development Division of the Lithuanian Prison Service.

The main aim of the meeting was to share good practices from international projects and to strengthen inter-institutional cooperation.
Representatives of the Fire and Rescue Training School presented already implemented and ongoing Erasmus+ projects. Particular interest was shown in the presentation of the SAFAR project “Firefighters’ Situational Awareness Training in an Immersive XR Learning Environment.”

Within the project, XR training scenarios based on real-life situations are being developed. These scenarios allow participants to safely practice decision-making and situation assessment. The scenarios are tested together with instructors and participants to ensure their clarity, usefulness, and applicability in everyday professional activities.
