Staff training - Learners’ blended mobility
The last TeachMergency Staff training took place in Czech Republic on the 24-28 of October. A five-day Learner's blended mobility program was prepared for students from each project partner.
During the Learners’ blended mobility international competition in rescue surviving and first aid enabled participants to showcase their practical knowledge, challenge their multicultural collaborative skills and create stronger bonds between future professionals in emergency study fields.
Participants also contributed to the development of the project by sharing best practice at the European level which will have impact on project outcomes and furthermore, will also bring back new ideas to partner schools to help introduce the new methods and approaches to practical training and theoretical education according to up-to-day principles, competence-based and work-based approach. The participants may use their new contacts to develop further partnerships and mobility projects.
