The Fourth International Meeting of SAFAR Project Partners
From October 29 to 31, 2025, the fourth international SAFAR project partners’ meeting took place in Limassol, Cyprus. The event brought together representatives from Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Lithuania, and the Netherlands.
On the first day of the meeting, the project’s Guidebook and questionnaire were presented. Partners were also introduced to 360° visual environment creation tools (WarpVR, 3D Vista), the SAFAR project application, and the principles of developing educational scenarios.

On the second day, participants visited the “FireLine” training station, where they tested virtual reality training scenarios and discussed their potential applications in firefighter training.

On the third day, an international project meeting was held, during which the work packages (WP1–WP4) were discussed, progress to date was evaluated, and future actions were planned.
This meeting strengthened international cooperation, promoted knowledge exchange, and encouraged the integration of advanced XR digital technologies in firefighter training, aiming to modernize vocational education and enhance the ability to respond effectively in complex and hazardous situations.
