Welcome to the third issue of the SAFAR Newsletter!
In this edition, we share updates from our intensive staff training and meeting in Limassol, Cyprus (October 2025). We continue our mission to enhance firefighter and crisis management training through cutting-edge technology.
Highlights from Limassol:
Instructors from across Europe mastered 360° tools like WarpVR and 3DVista, learning to create immersive, interactive training scenarios.
At the FireLine station, professional firefighters tested our VR simulations. The day included practical drills, such as vehicle extrication, ensuring our digital tools align with real-life rescue operations.
Partners from six countries finalized the project's technical roadmap, preparing for the upcoming pilot testing phase.
Stay tuned for more insights as we bridge the gap between innovation and safety!
